THE Charter Hall will echo to the sound of laughing, clapping and cheering on Saturday, December 15 for the latest fundraiser for Okehampton Carnival.

Rob Pudner and Dexter Newman from youth theatre group Entertainingly Different will present their Christmas show, a 75 minute mix of songs, slapstick, stories and surprises designed to appeal to young and old alike.

Rob and Dexter helped to kick off the week of carnival events at a family fun day at the hall in October.

Rob said: 'Dex and myself had such a fun afternoon when we kick started the week of carnival events in mid-October and entertained the crowds on carnival night that we can't wait to do it all again.'

The show starts at 2pm. Tickets cost £3 and are available from Beanfeast and Okehampton Newsagents. All children must be accompanied by an adults.

There will be an interval with refreshments and raffle tickets will be available.
