THE first break fell to Tawton on the half hour from a good solo goal from Ashley Arscott, but it was short lived when Hatherleigh caught Tawton napping and equalised on the stroke of half time.

Second half Tawton went out for the win.

Ten minutes in, Michael Tapp?s drought finally came to an end with two blinding goals coming in quick succession.

Hatherleigh never gave up the fight but good all round defending left them unable to get through.

Then ten minutes before the end Rob Board put in a teasing cross for Arscott to score his second goal and finish off the game.
