LAMERTON is once again to stage its annual Harvest Auction, which this year is to be held on Friday, September 26, at Lamerton Village Hall. There will be hundreds of lots, including harvest items, days out, evening meals and even free rail tickets for anywhere on the First Great Western rail network. All proceeds will go towards Lamerton Parish Hall funds — raising money for an improved sound system and an item of play equipment. Tickets are £5 for adults and £3 for children.
