FIRE crews were called to Wonson Manor, Throwleigh, last Thursday (July 31) after a report of a baler on fire. A crew and the Hilux from Chagford, plus a crew from North Tawton attended at 9.35am and found the baler well alight in a field. Firefighters extinguished the fire using two breathing apparatus wearers and two hose reel jets. The baler was severely damaged by fire.
