A PERSON was taken to hospital after an incident at a bus stop on Plymouth Road in Tavistock this morning (Wednesday).

The casualty was attended to by the ambulance service and police during morning rush hour.

A spokesperson for the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) said: "We were called at 8.10am today to an incident in Tavistock.  We sent two double-crewed land ambulances to the scene and conveyed one patient by land ambulance to Derriford Hospital."
