A MAN from Princetown has appeared in court charged with five offences following an alleged knife attack in Princetown in the early hours of Friday, July 9 which left two local police officers and two others wounded.
Jon Ross, aged 60, of Burrator Avenue in Princetown appeared before Plymouth Magistrates’ Court on Saturday (July 10).
He was charged with possession of a knife in Burrator Avenue on July 9, wounding two men with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, assaulting a female police officer by beating and assaulting a male police officer.
He was remanded in custody to appear for trial at Plymouth Crown Court on August 9.
