Drivers are warned about a delays on the A30 after an accident this morning (Tuesday).

The westbound lane of the A30 is closed near Sourton due to an accident at about 7am. Motorists are also advised to take extra care in the area because of surface water due to heavy rain.

The closure is causing traffic to queue from the A386 at Sourton Cross on Sourton Down to the A388 at the Polson and Lifton Down turn-off at Lifton.
