PUPILS at Whitchurch Primary School recently enjoyed a Lego workshop day featuring more than 100,000 pieces of Lego.
A school spokesperson said that the fun-filled activity took place all day in the school hall with the Key Stage 2 children taking part in the moring and the younger Key Stage 1 children participating in the afternoon.
Mr Garside lead the workshop and asked the students to create their own buildings using Lego. The children enjoyed getting imaginative and made a variety of different houses, hospitals and other buildings.
At the end of the workshop a road was built to join all of the children’s individual buildings together to create one big Lego town.
The pupils at Whitchurch described the workshop as the ‘best day ever!’
