The Greenway Project feasibility study is now available to view online after its original release date was delayed due to Sustrans’ other work commitments.

The document sets out the feasibility of the proposed cyclepath/walkway between Chagford and Moretonhampstead which supporters hope will provide a safe and environmentally friendly route between the two towns.

However, the project has been controversial as many landowners fear the impact the pathway would have on their land.

Copies of the study have already been sent to affected landowners and Greenway Project organisers have stated they are willing to discuss any worries landowners might have.
