Ten Tors training has been conducted in earnest this year at Shebbear College — it started as early as October. The training has involved map reading, camp-craft and the odd mile or two along the way. The most recent walk, over one and a half days, was a 35-miler across Dartmoor. In fact, the group came in running over the last hill, eager for more. Joining the teams is gap year student Kerri-Ann Little from South Africa who has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, so will Ten Tors be a 'walk in the park'?
