A MOTHER and daughter are now sporting fresh new bobs after chopping off their hair for charity.

Sam Stephens and her daughter Angel, from Callington, cut off several inches of their hair to donate to the Little Princess Trust, along with funds from a princess party, which makes wigs out of donated hair for children who have suffered hair loss as part of cancer treatment.

The idea came from Angel, a Stoke Climsland Primary School pupil, who had hair down to her waist.
