A new building at the Delaware Community Learning Centre will provide much-needed preschool places for local families.

Plans for the installation of a modular building have been approved by Cornwall Council, and the scheme will be supported by the local authority’s Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) fund and Section 106 money.

The unit will function as a purpose-built classroom with kitchenette and toilets for two-year-olds attending the setting.
