A HORRABRIDGE primary school pupil is celebrating a mobility boost, thanks to a West Devon charity.

Ten year old Tabitha Kelly needed a trendier and more 'active-type' wheelchair now that she is only a year away from secondary school. The West Devon-based Mary Budding Trust, which helps children under 11 who need extra support, was on hand to assist with the purchase of the wheelchair.
