A?NEW project has been set up by the DR?Company to provide a day of one-to-one advice for new businesses and people who are considering starting a business in and around Dartmoor.

The day's advice would normally cost £500, but is being offered at £25 plus VAT thanks to grant funding. The DR?Company is a private, not-for-profit regeneration company that works across the South West.

The project is also running free enterprise clubs in?Heathfield, Ivybridge and Tavistock, and these are open to anyone considering starting a business.

Funding for both activities is limited and both the advice service and enterprise clubs will be open to people on a first-come, first-served basis.

The project is a partnership between Teignbridge District Council, the DR?Company and BIP. The majority of the funding comes from the Greater Dartmoor LEAF with matching funding from?Teignbridge District Council, South Hams District Council, Tavi?Network, BIP and the DR?Company.
