THERE are just a few places left on a free dry stone walling course being run by Dartmoor National Park Authority this September.

The course runs on September 1 to 3 and 6 to 7 at Higher Badworthy Farm, South Brent, by kind permission of the owners, Mr and Mrs Bassett.

With just 12 places available, this five-day course is a good opportunity for those wishing to learn the basic skills of dry stone walling and stone facing under the guidance of specialist instructors.
