An outbuilding on Golf Links Road in Yelverton caught fire at around 8am on 10 June.

A fire crew from Yelverton were mobilised, confirming there was a small fire within the building. and got to work emptying it.

It suffered 25% fire damage and 100% smoke damage.

The cause of the fire was accidental, believed to be overheated batteries that were charging.
