PONGO, the spotty Dartmoor foal which featured in many national newspapers last week, is being kept at a secret location on the moor, following his press exposure.
The foal, which was originally grazing with his mother on National Trust land at Wembury, has been moved back to Dartmoor with his mother and a small herd of ponies.
Pongo was given his nick-name by his owners — he should keep his distinctive spots and white eyelashes as he grows up.
