A BEAUTIFUL spring afternoon saw the opening of a beautiful new pre-school building for Copplestone and the surrounding area.

Thanks to the fundraising efforts of its committee, the Copplestone School governers and headteacher, and with support from Devon County Council, Busy Bees Pre-School now has brand new eco-friendly pods to call its home.

Chairman of Devon County Council Cllr Christine Marsh officially opened the new building, cutting a ribbon held by Busy Bees children, who sang their favourite rhymes of Incy Wincy Spider, Wind the Bobbin, and Hickory Dickory Dock.
