A sponsored trek and run on Dartmoor involving 500 people in 180 groups has raised £7,500 for Dartmoor Search and Rescue Team Tavistock. The 11 Tors took place on September 21.

A team spokesman said: “We were really lucky and the weather cleared nicely and it was a lovely day in the end. So far the total is around £7,500.”
