FOUR-piece covers band The Rock ‘n’ Roll Outlaws can always be relied on to attract a big crowd from around West Devon into The Wharf but this year they won’t be doing their usual New Year gig there — instead the onus will be on a pre Christmas party on December 15 and you can be sure there will be smash rock hits aplenty!
