NOTHING marks the start of spring more than the annual Okehampton Excelsior Silver Band spring concert. Taking place on Thursday, May 1 in the Charter Hall, both the senior band and the training band will be performing. Tickets are £5, from Donald's Menswear, the Victorian Pantry, Martins and directly from band members. Proceeds to be split between the Brain Research Trust and the Lymphoma Association.
