MOUNT House School in Tavistock has announced a record year for scholarships and awards.

More than half of the Year 8 leavers have been awarded scholarships and awards to senior schools, including Blundell's, Canford, Downside, Millfield, Sherborne, Sherborne School for Girls, Wellington and Winchester College.

The awards encompass a range of success, including academic, sport, music and design technology. This year's success builds on the Ofsted 'Outstanding' school's track record of awards to senior schools.
