IN a few days I will be travelling off to Kenya for the second year running to take part in a healthcare outreach project. I will be working in a community in which 1:4 is HIV-positive, and life expectancy is 51. There, one doctor is responsible for the health of 80,000 people.
Could I thank the staff and patients of Tavyside Health Centre for their generous support of my book sale, and also the Tavistock Lions Club for the donation of £200.
