Lewtrenchard pre-school group recently held two open mornings within its new setting — it is now based at Lewtrenchard Primary School.

On the Friday they combined the open morning with the Barnardos Big Toddle to raise money for the Barnardos charity.

The pre-school is now open five mornings a week from 9.30am to 12.30pm, offering 15 hours Early Years funding entitlement.

Both the pre-school and the school are pleased with the move — it is proving to be a great benefit to the children who are to start school in September.

Thanks were expressed to all involved with the recent move and to headteacher Tim Woodward for making the pre-school feel welcome.
