FIREFIGHTERS were called to Pitland Farm, Heathfield last Friday after a report of a tractor on fire.

Two crews from Tavistock attended just after 9.30am and found the tractor well alight. They extinguished the fire by using two sets of breathing apparatus and one compressed air foam jet.
