Traffic was diverted round Mary Tavy this morning (Thursday) after a two-car crash in which two people were hurt.

Police confirmed they were called at around 8.10am following reports of a two-vehicle accident on the A386 at Mary Tavy.

Ambulance and fire were both called and a road closure put in place. Two drivers have been taken to hospital as a precaution. Their injuries are not considered to be life-threatening or life-changing.
