CALSTOCK Footpath Society has arranged a moderate 2.5-mile round walk from Calstock, taking a direct route to Cotehele via  Danescombe.  

There are a number of visitor options for those participating in the walk and members of the National Trust are requested to bring membership cards. Bring a packed lunch — it is planned to stop for refreshment on Cotehele Quay. Two short moderately steep sections can be expected.

A £2 donation is requested from non-members of the society. This walk is unsuitable for dogs.
