AS part of the Tamar Trails Festival week, Calstock Footpath Society has arranged a special guided walk, discovering the industrial heritage that exists above and below Gunnislake.

The walk of around four miles is led by local historian Stephen Docksey, and follows footpaths and quiet roads.  Strong shoes or boots are recommended and a packed lunch. This walk is unsuitable for dogs.

A donation of £2 is requested from non-members of the society. Meet at Gunnislake Station at 10.30am,  Sunday October 24.  Further information from 01822 834454.
