IT was another week with no action at Tavistock AFC?s Langsford Park.

The scheduled P&D game against Vospers fell foul of the weather but it is hoped that both Carlsberg and P&D sides will be in action this weekend.

The Carlsberg side take on St Austell at Langsford Park on Saturday with a 3pm kick-off. The P&D side are away to Ivybridge Town with a 2.30pm kick-off.

Okehampton Argyle Football Club first team were without a game on Saturday and the Second and Thirds XIs? fixtures were postponed because of the weather.

Surprisingly, several games were played in the east of the county in the Premier Division, the results mainly affecting the bottom half of the league table.

This Saturday Argyle face a tough home match against St Martin?s, kick-off 3pm.

St Martin?s are at present holding fifth position in the league and have a good defensive record.
