PUPILS at Mount House School are taking advantage of a programme of activities arranged for those choosing to stay at the school for the weekend. The school introduced a flexible boarding structure at the beginning of this term, with pupils having the option of spending the weekend after sports matches with their families or staying at the school. A spokesperson said an increasing number were choosing to stay and participate in the activities , which have included a visit to Tintagel and the North Cornwall coast, a barbecue and beach party, a treasure hunt, bonfires and path building, and visits to the National Marine Aquarium, Pavilions pool and Paignton Zoo.
