IT was all change at Yelverton Rotary Club recently as members welcomed a new president and vice president.

Taking over as president is Marion Luckhurst who has lived in Yelverton for the past 20 years and is a steward at the Yelverton Methodist Church.

Marion is now partially retired but still doing consultancy work. She has worked in Supplychain Management for DML, GEC Marconi, BAE Systems and the VT Group and ending up as the group Supplychain director for VT.

Marion is committed to charitable work — she is chair of the board of trustees for children's charity CHICKS and is also a trustee of the Shekinah Mission serving the homeless in the Plymouth area.

Marion will be assisted by the new president-elect Sandra Dinely-Jones who lives in Tavistock and new vice president Pamela Law who lives in Princetown.
