AN opportunity to ask questions and hear the latest about a controversial wind farm in West Devon will be available next Wednesday.
The Den Brook wind farm between Spreyton and North Tawton will be discussed in a community liaison group meeting at Spreyton Village Hall on Wednesday October 12 from 7pm.
When completed the farm will comprise nine wind turbines, each at 120 metres high.
Developers for the project Renewable Energy Systems received planning consent for the wind farm in 2009, following two public inquiries and a judicial review.
RES set up the community liaison group to improve communications between themselves and local communities up to and during the wind farm's construction.
The group is made up of representatives from all the local communities around the farm and meets at least once every two months to discuss matters relating to the project.
All members of the public are welcome, and attendance is free. Further information about Den Brook wind farm can be found on http://www.den-brook.co.uk">www.den-brook.co.uk
