A driver suffered serious injuries after a two-car collision on the A386 at Yelverton on Monday (April 22) at 9.55pm which closed roads for more than three hours, police reported.

Two people trapped in one car were freed and the driver taken to hospital, while the passenger was treated at the scene. The driver of the second car was treated at the scene.
