SIR Bradley Wiggins and Mark Cavendish are among the top cyclists confirmed to be competing in the 10th anniversary Tour of Britain which begins on Sunday in Scotland.

Stage six, hosted by Devon County Council, will be Friday, September 20.

This will cover 85 miles of the county, starting in Sidmouth and finishing at Haytor, in Dartmoor National Park. The race will pass through a number of communities including Sidbury, Honiton, Willand, Moretonhampstead and Bovey Tracey before the challenging climax in Dartmoor National Park.
