FOLLOWING the success of this years captain’s day at Kensey Vale Bowling Club in Launceston back in the summer, a cheque for £270 was presented to Cancer Research UK by men’s captain Steve Maiden and ladies’ captain Jennie Dyer at the club last week. Receiving the cheque are Tavistock branch members Monica and Jack McFadden.
