IT was a quiet weekend for Tavistock Run Project athletes after a hectic few weeks of racing.
However, among those who did race, Jordan Andrews made the trip up to North Devon to take part in the Bideford 10 miler on Sunday. In a stacked field Jordan finished in fifth place as he continues to build his winter base.
The preceding evening witnessed the the initial race in the Night Gun Series. The race took place at Haldon Forest, Exeter with Adam Holland and Dan Pearce representing TRP.
The outcome saw Adam romp to victory with Dan taking fifth place. Amazingly, less than a year ago, Dan came through the TRP improvers group and has made giant strides forward.
Finally, away at University, Jordan Channon took part in the Gloucester cross country league securing a 45th place finish.
This week sees the second Westward league cross country fixture at Newquay and TRP will hope to consolidate their excellent performance at Plymouth last month.
