THE Mount Kelly U16 girls’ hockey team won the tier two regional finals at Millfield School, beating Talbot Heath, Wellington and Truro High School.

They have now qualified for phase one of the national finals in a larger regional event to be held at Clifton College later in November. This is a great achievement by the girls after winning and qualifying for the event as Devon County tier two champions. There were some impressive individual performances, but more importantly a strong squad effort.
