THERE has been massive success on the pitch for Tavistock Hockey Club over the last three years — including four promotions and two ’team of the year’ accolades.
The club is now working hard on developing hockey within the community and improving their junior infrastructure.
THC’s newly appointed head coach Tom Honey spent the day at Lifton Primary School during the last week off term delivering taster sessions to more than 90 pupils across the school.
Tavistock Hockey Club will be running a summer coaching camp during August with details being found on its website. Junior training will recommence during the first week of September where the club hopes to improve on its junior success from last year
