MEMBERS of Hurdwick Golf Club played their away match against Fingle Glen Golf club last Thursday.   Although the match was interrupted by a torrential downpour part way it was still an enjoyable and close encounter. The match finished three points to two in favour of Fingle Glen. One of the Hurdwick successes were the pairing of Stuart Orchard and Brian Cook, winning their match 7 and 5 and to Pete Ball who found his true form again on a demanding course. The hospitality and warm welcome the members received was greatly appreciated.
