HORSE racing enthusiasts will still be buzzing after the Grand National and heading to Upcott Cross where the Eggesford Hunt will be staging their point-to-point on Sunday (April 12), with a start time of 1pm.

The weather looks to be set fair for the week say the organisers and it should be the turn of the faster ground horses to compete for the prizes on offer.

Current area leading jockey Darren Edwards scored a double there last season and looks sure to be back for more.

Seven races are on offer. The course is located two miles south of Halwill junction, off the A3079.
