THREE members of Tavistock Triathlon Club travelled to Windsor to take part in the Windsor Duathlon on Sunday, which took place at Dorney Lake, the 2012 London Olympic Rowing Lake.

Nathan Newton and Andrew Bowden both completed a 10km run, 40km bike and then 5km run to finish and Laura Newton competed in the shorter distance race. Nathan had a brilliant race and came third overall.

Five members travelled to South Brent to take part in the Wild Night Run.

Cassandra McDowell and Laura Evenden took part in the five mile race and Laura was first in her age group. Pete Tomes, Craig Howells and Hannah Walters all took part in the ten mile race and Hannah was second female overall.
