TAMAR Trail Runners Nathan Christmas, Lottie Fulton and Paul Evenden ran the Tsunami 16 mile trail race from Hartland Quay to Bude on Saturday. This race follows the coast path and with more than a 1km of ascent before a run in to finish at Bude Castle. Nathan ran a superb race to finish in 11th place in 3 hours 12 minutes. Lottie finished in 3.21 for 13th overall and was the first lady over the line. Paul Evenden finished in 3.40 minutes for 18th overall and second in age category.
