YELVERTON Golf Club veteran Paddy Westell is organising a charity day at his home club on Friday, October 18, in memory of his son who died in 1995.
Profits from the annual Barry Westall Memorial Golf Day will be going to Childrens' Hospice South West.
The cost for the day is £36 and will include coffee and bacon bap on arrival, 18 holes of golf and a two course dinner. Prizes will include longest drive , nearest the pin , first, second and third team prizes (four ball teams ) and a prize for the individual winner.
The presentation is in the evening with entertainment at the Plymouth Social Club North Hill (behind the City Library).
