IT WAS a silver-gilt medal at the Chelsea Flower Show for the 'Get Children Growing Project' which involved pupils from Stoke Climsland Primary School.

Elena and Amalie, from Year 4 are pictured here with TV's Gardeners' World presenter Joe Swift, in front of their display to celebrate 100 years of the Royal Horticultural Society.

More than 50 schools from all over the country were involved in the project and Kernock Plants at Pillaton supplied all the plants for the Stoke Climsland School section.

The girls, who represented the school at Chelsea, spent two and a half hours talking to people about the display and were really excited to get a medal
