MOLE Avon in Okehampton were mightily impressed by entries from the Haldon Group of Young Farmers Clubs in the YFC marquee at Okehampton Show.

Alice Holland, marketing co-ordinator for Mole Avon said: 'It was a pleasure to see the wide range of crops, pictures, photos and art submitted. It shows that versatility and humour is in good supply within the Young Farmers' Club.'

Cup winners Ellen Pearce, of Cheriton and Tedburn YFC, and Becky Quick and Jeffrey Harris, of Bow YFC, received Mole Avon shopping vouchers, which will allow a purchase at any of their stores.
